Susan Jaeger has a 30 year background in sales, management, marketing and business ow Susan received her Bachelor’s Degree with Distinction from San Jose State University in Marketing, doing special studies in Communications, and her Master’s Degree in Management from Southern Oregon University, and continues with psychology courses at Southern Oregon University. Susan is an Adjunct Professor and teaches business coaching classes at Southern Oregon University, is a published author, presents papers on coaching at Marketing and other Conferences, and has been a speaker at many functions on business executive coaching. Trained as a Master Business Executive Coach, with on-going education and training, she brings cutting-edge coaching techniques and combines them with caring and concern for the individual growth and expansion of her clients. Men and women feel comfortable with her as a coach because of her calm, logical demeanor and because she gives full attention to the details. Finding her passion in coaching, she says it pulls together all of her experience, strengths and knowledge into an area where she can make a difference through helping others attain ideal performance, thereby benefiting themselves, their families, their co-workers, their employers and ultimately, the world. |
